The Creator's Story
Self v2 was born from the realization that the biggest blocker to change is the quiet internal voice that says “not now” or “not me.” After years of testing different approaches, I built a structured, evidence-based way to notice that resistance and move anyway.
This program emerged from years of personal struggle and experimentation with various self-improvement approaches. After trying countless methods, I discovered that most people fail not because they lack knowledge or resources, but because of an invisible enemy: their own internal resistance.
Why 4 Weeks?
Research shows that habits and neural pathways begin to form after about 3-4 weeks of consistent practice. Four weeks is long enough to create real change, but short enough to maintain focus and commitment.
The program follows a structured progression designed to help you recognize your internal resistance, develop strategies to overcome it, and establish new patterns that create lasting transformation.
