Self v2 is a 4-week evidence-based life transformation coaching program designed to help people overcome internal resistance and achieve personal growth. The program combines principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) in a structured, practical format. Self v2 focuses on helping individuals recognize and overcome the mental barriers that prevent them from taking action and becoming their best selves. The program is currently free during its beta period and offers 1:1 coaching sessions with dedicated Self v2 coaches.

How does Self v2 work?

Self v2 is a structured 4-week program that requires 10-30 minutes of daily practice. Participants work with a dedicated coach through weekly video sessions and daily check-ins. The program uses evidence-based methods including ACT (to accept difficult thoughts while taking action), CBT (to identify and change unhelpful thought patterns), and Motivational Interviewing (to support intrinsic motivation for change). The goal is to help participants recognize their internal resistance, develop strategies to overcome it, and establish new patterns that create lasting transformation.

Yes, Self v2 is completely free during the beta period, which is estimated to last 2-3 months. After the beta period, the program will cost $799 for the 4-week 1:1 coaching option. Beta participants help improve the program and provide valuable feedback while receiving the full coaching experience at no cost.
